Ordering

4 questions
Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Email us with your order number as soon as possible after ordering. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can't recall it, but you can return it under our returns policy below.

How do I know my order went through?

You'll get a confirmation email straight away, and a second email with tracking details once your order ships. If you didn't receive the first one, check your spam folder before contacting us — order confirmations sometimes land there the first time you buy from a new store.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and reorder later.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. The whole site runs over an encrypted connection, and payments are handled by WooPayments and PayPal. Your card details go directly to the payment provider and are never stored on our website.

Shipping & Delivery

7 questions
How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.

So allow roughly 4–10 business days from placing your order. Remote and regional addresses can take a little longer.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free while a promotion is running. At all other times, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also see tracking in your account under Track Order.

If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, email us and we'll chase it up.

Who delivers my order?

We use Australia Post and CouriersPlease. Which one depends on your address and the size of the parcel — your tracking email will tell you which carrier has it.

My order is late. What should I do?

Check your tracking link first. Most delays are short and resolve on their own, particularly around public holidays and sale periods.

If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your parcel is well past the estimated window, email us with your order number. We'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier and keep you posted.

Can I have my parcel left at the door?

That's between you and the carrier — most offer delivery instructions through their tracking page. Please note that if you authorise a parcel to be left unattended, it's at your own risk once delivered.

Do you deliver outside Australia?

Not at this stage — we currently deliver within Australia only. We're planning to expand to New Zealand in the future, so it's worth checking back.

Returns & Refunds

7 questions
What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return period. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • returned within 14 days of delivery
  • unused and in its original condition
  • in its original packaging, including tags and protective materials

Email us with your order number before sending anything back and we'll give you return instructions.

This is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — it doesn't replace them.

Who pays for return postage?

Change-of-mind returns are at your cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund an item that doesn't reach us.

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover return postage.

Will I get my original shipping cost back?

Original shipping isn't refunded on change-of-mind returns. It is refunded in full if the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Can I return sale or discounted items?

Yes — the same 14-day change-of-mind policy applies to sale and discounted items.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email support@infinityhomehub.com.au with your order number and photos of both the item and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Please send this within 48 hours of delivery where you can — it helps us sort it out quickly and supports a claim with the carrier. This is a request, not a condition. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law aren't limited to 48 hours and aren't affected if you contact us later.

What if a fault develops later on?

Contact us. Our 14-day window covers change of mind only. Separately, under the Australian Consumer Law, goods must be of acceptable quality and last a reasonable time — so if something fails sooner than it reasonably should, get in touch regardless of how long ago you bought it.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Products & Materials

7 questions
Are batteries included with wall clocks?

No — batteries aren't included with any of our clocks. Our clocks run on AA batteries. We recommend a good-quality alkaline battery, as cheap ones tend to leak and can damage the movement.

Do clocks come with mounting hardware?

No — clocks don't include screws, hooks or wall plugs. Each clock has a fitting on the back ready to hang, but you'll need to supply your own fixing.

Choose one rated for the weight of the piece and suited to your wall type. Plasterboard needs a proper anchor rather than a nail, and larger clocks are heavier than they look, so it's worth checking the weight on the product page before you buy your fixings.

Is your wall art ready to hang?

Yes. Our wall art is crystal porcelain — a high-definition printed image sealed under a glossy porcelain glaze, mounted on a moisture-resistant backing board in a slim aluminium frame. It arrives fully assembled with hanging fittings attached, so it goes straight onto the wall.

It's a very different thing to printed fabric canvas: the surface is smooth, glass-like and wipes clean with a dry cloth, and the piece is rigid and noticeably heavier. Please check the size and weight on the product page before ordering, and use a wall fixing rated for it.

Can I put fresh flowers and water in your vases?

Yes — our ceramic and glass vases are watertight and fine for fresh flowers.

Change the water regularly and avoid leaving a vase standing full for long periods on timber or other porous surfaces. If you're ever unsure about a particular piece, email us before you buy and we'll confirm.

What are your pieces made from?

Materials are listed on each product page. Broadly:

  • Clocks — metal or moulded plastic, most with a glass face
  • Sculptures — ceramic, in a range of glazes and finishes
  • Vases — ceramic and glass
  • Wall art — crystal porcelain on a backing board, in an aluminium frame

Handcrafted and natural-material pieces vary slightly in finish and texture between items. That variation is part of the piece, not a defect.

Will the colour match the photos?

We photograph everything as accurately as we can, but screens differ and lighting changes how a finish reads. If exact colour matters for your room, email us before ordering and we'll describe it honestly.

How do you pack fragile items?

Glass, ceramic and larger clocks are wrapped and packed with protective padding inside a rigid carton. If something does arrive damaged, we'll replace it — just send us photos within 48 hours where you can.

Nothing matched that. Try a different word, or ask us directly.
